Celebrating our achievements and advocacy for International STEAM Day

In honor of #InternationalSTEAMDay, we proudly highlight our programs that have significantly contributed to the field of science, fostering innovation and empowering youth in STEAM fields this year.  

- Empowering the youth and advocating for their communities remains at the heart of our initiatives. Recently, we successfully concluded creative projects in Gjilan, amplifying voices and advocating for the younger generation.  

- As we mark 15 years in Kosovo, our mission at IPKO Foundation continues, dedicated to shaping the future generations of Kosovo.  

- Collaborating with UNDP Kosovo, we're intensifying efforts to advance gender equality through our newly developed youth platform on gender equality. A powerful commitment to sustainable development!  

- In joint efforts, we are conducting workshops, conferences, and training programs, focusing on digital skills, gender equality, and innovation in STEM fields, including leading the coalition for STEAM initiatives in Kosovo. 

- Our partnership with various organizations, such as UN Women Kosovo and Kosovo Education Center, aims at addressing discrimination and promoting a language of inclusivity and respect in Kosovo.  

- To champion #BODYRIGHT and celebrate #InternationalWomensDay2023, we've joined forces with Women in Tech Kosovo and UN Women Kosovo under the theme "DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality."  

Stay tuned for our new project "Reshaping the Future: Kosovo Women on the Front Line of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity," aiming to empower young women and girls in Kosovo against cyber threats.  

Join us in advocating for a future where preferences for boys over girls are a thing of the past. Together with UNFPA Kosovo, let's celebrate #ChildrensDay and promote joy and equality.
